Use of the service
AIRLAB grants customers a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for their own business, subject to their agreement with us. Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for the activity of their team members.
Data and integrations
Where a customer connects a third-party booking platform, the customer authorizes AIRLAB to access that platform on the customer's behalf, within the scope the customer and the platform permit. The customer is responsible for ensuring it has the right to connect that data. AIRLAB accesses third-party platforms only through their approved integration methods and within the scope those platforms authorize.
Acceptable use
Customers agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to access data they are not authorized to access, interfering with the service's operation, or using the service to send unlawful communications. Communications sent through the service must comply with applicable messaging and consent laws.
Intellectual property
AIRLAB retains all rights in the service, its software, and its brand. Customer data remains the customer's. We claim no ownership of the business or member data a customer connects.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on a commercially reasonable basis. To the extent permitted by law, AIRLAB disclaims implied warranties, and our liability is limited as set out in the applicable customer agreement. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms and will post the current version here. Either party may end the relationship as provided in the customer agreement. On termination, we handle customer data as described in our privacy policy and the customer agreement.
