Why we exist
Boutique studios pour effort into filling classes and welcoming new faces. But a large share of that effort leaks away quietly: a first-timer who never gets a follow-up, a loyal member whose attendance slips for a month before they cancel, a membership that fails to renew because a card expired. What's needed to prevent all of this already lives in the studio's booking platform. It just isn't turned into action.
AIRLAB closes that gap. It works from what's already happening in a studio, surfaces exactly who needs attention, and tells the team what to do about each one, so fewer members slip away and more first-timers stick.
How we work
We are engineers first. Our product is built on a simple discipline: every action AIRLAB recommends must be one a studio owner would agree with, and it must be grounded in what's actually happening, not a guess. We work directly from the studio's own activity and check ourselves against it. Studio owners have caught our mistakes before, and that feedback is exactly how the product earns trust.
We integrate through official, approved channels only, and we hold ourselves to professional security standards. You can read more on our security page.
Who we serve
AIRLAB is used by boutique fitness studios, including multi-location operators, and their front-desk and management teams. We build for operators, not analysts. If it takes more than a few seconds to see what to do next, we haven't done our job.
