Who we are
AIRLAB provides an AI business manager that helps boutique fitness studios grow and retain membership. When a studio uses AIRLAB, the studio is the controller of its members' data and AIRLAB acts as its processor, handling data on the studio's behalf and under its instructions.
Information we process
On behalf of a studio, we process business and member information from the studio's booking platform, which may include member names, contact details, class attendance, membership and payment status, and related activity. We also process account information for the studio's own team members who log in to AIRLAB, such as name, email, and role.
We process this information only to provide the features the studio has enabled. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use one studio's data to benefit another.
Why we process it
We process data to operate the service: to surface members who need attention, to help the studio act on them, and to send communications on the studio's behalf where the studio has directed us to. Our legal basis is the performance of our contract with the studio and our legitimate interest in providing a secure, reliable service.
How we protect it
We encrypt data in transit and at rest, isolate each studio's data, restrict access by role, and store credentials as encrypted secrets. Full detail is on our security page.
Sharing and subprocessors
We share data only with the subprocessors that help us run the service, such as hosting, database, and message-delivery providers, each bound by contractual data-protection obligations. We do not share personal information with advertisers or data brokers. We may disclose information if required by law.
Retention
We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal obligations. When a studio leaves AIRLAB, we delete or anonymize its data on request.
Your rights
Members who wish to access, correct, or delete their information, or to opt out of communications, should contact the studio they are a member of, which controls that data. Studios and individuals may also contact us at info@airlabfitness.com and we will assist the responsible studio in honoring the request. Opt-out requests for communications are always honored.
Changes
We may update this policy as the service evolves. We will post the updated version here and revise the date above.
